There was a nice link to a support request form right here but I had to remove it, since bots possibly from Russia (.ru) or China (.cn) screwed up the process, so no more e-mails and no more of these bots. Besides the bulk of my business is local and US businesses that reside on US soil, using servers that reside in the US, representing businesses in the US.

I provide support on a case by case basis for each request, whether you are a technical Admin or a new user just getting started. Please note that I also support cold calls concerning PC specific software and hardware issues, but I normally only do this for local residents, since in most of these cases, I need to see or recreate the problem, in order to find a resolution.

I also deal with as much open source technology as possible, which can at times turn into such a bleeding edge when it comes to getting things done. There are pros and cons for any situation. Finding, reading and acting on specific information to get things done correctly, can sometimes end up as frustration rather than solutions.

Even a good technical support person may not be able to help you immediately. That is because most technical support issues involve chasing down information and facts and then comparing the information to a problem description. A good technical support person will always research an unknown situation. A good technical support person will understand how to get to the root of a problem and fix it, if it is fixable.
